Vijetnam nastavlja sa primjenom anti-dampinga hladnovaljanog- nehrđajućeg čelika uvezenog iz Kine.

On April 8, Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Commerce announced that it will continue to implement anti-dumping measures against cold-rolled stainless steel imported from China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries and regions.

Regarding the anti-dumping case of cold-rolled stainless steel, because there is no relevant party requesting a period-end review, the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued decision No. 625/QD-BCT on April 5, 2022 to continue the anti-dumping measures against cold-rolled stainless steel imported from mainland China, Taiwan Region of China, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries and regions.

U roku od 60 dana prije isteka jedne godine od dana donošenja navedene odluke, u skladu sa odredbama člana 59. Sporazuma Vlade Vijetnama br. 10/2018/ND-CP, sve relevantne strane može se prijaviti za završnu inspekciju.
